Cookies and your choices
This website uses cookies to provide basic functions and remember your settings. In the cookie banner, you can allow necessary cookies only, accept all categories or customise your choices. You can change your choices at any time using "Cookies" in the footer.
Technical cookies and saved preferences
PHPSESSID: a session cookie used for the website's technical operation.
cookieWarning: remembers whether the cookie notice has been displayed or handled.
cookieAccepted: stores your cookie choices.
preferred_lang: stores your selected language.
Optional categories
Functional cookies support additional preferences or features. Statistics cookies help analyse website use. Marketing cookies may be used to measure advertising and personalise ads. The presence of a category does not mean that a corresponding service is already active.
Google Tag Manager manages our website tags. IDUNA Stiftung uses Google Analytics 4 (Google) only after consent to statistics (labelled "Performance cookies" in the banner). It measures page visits, referral sources and browser/device information using pseudonymous identifiers. We do not send donation amounts or donor details through this setup.
The cookies _ga and _ga_CR0Z2ZNRJ0 identify browsers and sessions. Their standard lifetime is up to two years, subject to shorter browser limits and renewal on consented visits. User- and event-level retention in our Analytics property is set to two months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
You can withdraw consent via "Cookies" in the footer and choose necessary cookies only. The page reloads and further Analytics measurement stops. Previously stored cookies can be removed in your browser. Your saved cookie choices are shown in advanced settings. Change the categories you want and select Save to confirm your new choice.
Google processes the information, potentially also outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Further information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy . For questions about IDUNA Stiftung's use of the data or your data protection rights, please use Contact in the website menu.
Meta Pixel – advertising measurement with your consent
Status as of 7 October 2026: IDUNA Stiftung uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of its Facebook and Instagram advertising. The pixel loads only after your explicit consent to marketing cookies and, in this setup, records page views (PageView) only. A page view is not a confirmed donation.
The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Visited pages/URLs, time, IP address, browser/device information and cookie identifiers may be transmitted to Meta. This setup does not include sending donation amounts or information from the donation form. Automatic advanced matching, for example using email addresses or telephone numbers, is switched off.
Meta may link the information to a Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising measurement and personalised advertising under its policies. The pixel principally uses _fbp as a browser identifier and, where applicable, _fbc for a click on a Meta advertisement. The usual cookie lifetime is 90 days; browsers may limit it. This is not the retention period for all data held by Meta.
You can stop future collection through "Cookies" in the footer: deselect marketing or allow necessary cookies only and save. The page will reload. You can delete previously stored cookies in your browser.
Meta also processes data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Details about processing, retention and your rights: Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. For questions to IDUNA Stiftung, use "Contact" in the website menu.
